What you will need

CNC Router - can be a very basic machine, capable of handling 4' x 8' sheets. Vaccuum bed not necessary.

Shop space 2,500 - 3,500 sq. ft. is enough to start. You will not need to store much inventory, and you will not need a showroom. Customers are used to ordering online or by phone.

Business can be located anywhere in North America, preferably with good access to transportation hub.

Compressors, dust collector and hand tools e.g.: laminate trimmers, drills, metal chop saw, drill press.

You will need a minimal number of employees- all products ship disassembled, flat pack style.

Basically, you will be a producer of flat panels.

No assembly work required unless you choose to offer installation services for local orders.

Products are made of MDF, plastic laminate and /or hdpe plastics.

Sound knowledge of good woodworking practices required- especially plastic laminate work. If you have the aptitude, we can train you.
